Nestled in the Qadisha valley with spectacular views, and in close proximity to the majestic cedars of Lebanon, Villa Chamoun is an enchanted guesthouse retreat in the mountains, with the charm and tempo of the 1960s. Built as a family home in 1965, it was restored & reimagined to celebrate and honours its history.
It truly took a village to bring it back to its former glory; the amazing artisans and crafts people of Hasroun in concert with renown Lebanese designers to deliver on a vision. Villa Chamoun is equally a social project that honours the people of the village and their skills to ensure a sustainable future.
Villa Chamoun led a creative collaboration of Lebanese designers, and international artists, to revive and re-imagine this modernist villa as a retro escape and guesthouse.
The doyenne of interior and furniture design created 60’s service-ware and furniture inspired by details of the villa.
The ultimate choreographer of fluid motion, designed a 60’s version of her iconic Kimabaya as robes for the rooms and the grounds.
The queen of pop-art has created a magical op-art pool experience with all the 60’s accoutrements.

Our artist-in-residence, who was hands on during the restoration of the property. He created the mosaics, the murals and much of the artwork featured at the Villa.
The elegant and edgy fashion designer is the wardrobe designer for the cast and crew of Villa Chamoun.
There is a variety of spaces indoors and out for your personal needs; whether that is to refresh, recharge, or revive yourself, or to be entertained or to socialise.
We are happy to plan your events with our resident Cat & Mouth caterers and chef to ensure you have the right venue and the right menu.
